NUTORAHI ("we", "us") runs this website and the NUTORAHI store at Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, near Mall of Jaipur. This policy explains how we handle the details you share with us when you browse, order, or write to us. If anything here is unclear, just ask us on WhatsApp — we are happy to explain.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you order, so we can pack and deliver them.
- Messages — the chats and enquiries you send us on WhatsApp, and any photos or notes you share about an order.
- Website activity — basic, anonymous information about how the site is used (pages viewed, errors) so we can keep the store fast and working.
- Cart memory — your bag is saved on your own device using local storage, so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your phone or computer.
How we use it
Only to run the store well: to confirm and deliver your order, to answer your questions on WhatsApp, to process refunds when needed, and to improve the website. We may occasionally message you about your order or a reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who else sees your details
Only what is needed to serve you: delivery partners receive the name, address and phone number on the parcel, and our payment provider processes payments securely on their own systems. Website sign-in is handled by our platform's sign-in service. Everyone else sees nothing.
Sign-in accounts
If you sign in to the website (for example, to leave a photo or video review), we store your account name, email and the review you publish. You can ask us to remove a review or your account at any time.
Safety
Your details are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on protected servers with access limited to the NUTORAHI team. We keep order records only as long as we need them for deliveries, refunds and accounts.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, or to correct or delete them.
- Clear your bag anytime by removing items — the cart memory stays on your device and can be cleared with your browser settings.
- Ask us to stop non-order messages, and we will.
